Two new smartphones were launched by Sony on the market in India, the Xperia R1 and R1 Plus. These “compact” mobiles offer affordable rates on the market and the company emphasizes that these devices are designed for the Indian lifestyle and will stimulate the imagination of all Indian users.
The Xperia R1 features a 5.22-inch TFT LCD, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. In terms of the capabilities of the camera, the phone has a 13MP camera on the back and an 8MP camera on the front. Other features include a 2620mAh battery, dual SIM card support, USB-C port, FM radio and Android Nougat.
The Xperia R1 Plus is almost the same as the R1, but has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space.
Its prices are 13,990 ($215) for the Xperia R1 and 15,990 ($245) for the Xperia R1 Plus. Both phones will be available in black and silver.
