With the support of wireless charging, Mi 7, the new flagship Xiaomi, will come to us, and it’s something that is repeated regularly, most of them agreeing that Mi 7 will support charging without wire using the Qi standard. Let’s say the camera will have glass to allow the whole process.
Sources bring us other recent news that reveals that Mi 7 will support up to 7.5W of charge, like the latest Apple iPhone after updating their firmware. Reports indicate that Xiaomi may have the same Broadcom chip and NXP transmitter as Apple.
If this information proves correct, Mi 7 may have adopted version 1.1 of Qi Specification, which supports wireless charging up to 7.5W.
Version 1.2 supports 15W for faster charging, but results in higher heat output. Our decision is that by adding 7.5 W, this allows manufacturers to provide heat management.
The Xiaomi Mi 7 should have a 6.01-inch screen made by Samsung with an 18: 9 aspect ratio, dual camera at 16MP, 6GB or 8GB RAM, and SoC Snapdragon 845.
